Kristin L. Oliver joined HanesBrands in 2020 as chief human resources officer, overseeing all global human resources functions, including HR strategy, data systems, employee and labor relations, and employee development, training, compensation and recruiting.

Prior to joining HanesBrands, Oliver served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, Walgreens, at Walgreens Boots Alliance. She joined Walgreens from Chico’s FAS, where she served in several executive roles, including executive vice president of human resources, legal and field operations. She held chief human resources officer roles, domestically and internationally, as well as a general counsel, employment law, roles during 11 years at Walmart Inc., a multinational retail company that operates a chain of supercenters, discount stores, grocery stores and warehouse clubs. She was an attorney in the law firm of GableGotwals prior to starting her corporate career.
