Michael E. Faircloth is group president, global operations, responsible for transforming the company’s supply chain for continued success. He also leads the company’s sustainability initiatives.

Faircloth, who joined the company in 1997, has held a number of leadership roles, most recently as group president, global operations, American casualwear and e-commerce. Other roles have included group president, global supply chain, information technology and e-commerce, chief global supply chain and information technology officer and chief global operations officer. Prior to his appointment as chief global operations officer, Faircloth served as senior vice president, supply chain support, vice president, supply chain support, and vice president of engineering & quality.
