Scott Pleiman joined HanesBrands in January of 2023 and is serving as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer.

Pleiman has deep expertise in strategic planning, finance, merchandising and general management. Prior to HanesBrands, he provided counsel to senior executives and boards as a Senior Advisor for Boston Consulting Group specializing in retail and consumer products industries. He also has over 15 years of experience at Walmart where he held a number of executive leadership positions in merchandising, strategy and finance. Before Walmart, he led Capgemini’s (formerly Ernst & Young Management Consulting) Retail and Consumer Products Strategy practice for the U.S. He has over 15 years of consulting experience advising CEO’s and other senior executives of Fortune 500 clients.
